Precision Nutrition Reveals Why New Year’s Weight Loss Resolutions Don’t Work (and What Does)

If you are embarking on a weight loss program, the subject of exercise is going to arise. The big question is, which one is best? There are actually two types of exercises you can do: aerobic and anaerobic.
